Her group and private 1:1 sessions are challenging and grounding integrating core work, alignment, breathing techniques and meditation. All sessions offer modifications and subtle cue to work safely and mindfully while building deep body awareness. Kelly is an E-RYT with advanced training in Forrest yoga, Pilates, anatomy, body work and energy work including Reiki.
